(1) Smoked salmon kegeree:

Poach KENMARE™ Smoked Irish Salmon in a mix of milk and water (like for haddock) + mace and pepper corns. Sweat chopped onions and celery, add curry powder. Flake cooked salmon in curry and add cooked bashmati rice. Warm the lot with cream and garnish with 1 quarter hard boiled eggs, wet with cooking liquid if needed.
