Welcome to Kenmare Salmon where we want to show you how freshness, craftsmanship and attention to detail are what sets us apart from the standard.

We want to show you how salmon is taken fresh from the sea and treated in various stages throughout the factory and then dispatched fresh to the table within 5 days. We also have an extensive bank of recipes and tips for chefs who are looking for creative ideas for cooking with smoked salmon. We invite you to try them out and we welcome your comments.

Following an extensive career in the food service industry accross Europe and as Chef –Patron of award winning Restaurant Remy’s in Kenmare, I understand that quality produce is paramount to the creation of any dish and it is this ethos that I carry through in the processing of our Salmon at Kenmare, priding ourselves on the consistency of a quality product.
